Isenburg Quartett

The isenburg Quartett (Jagdish Mistry, Diego Ramos Rodríguez, Laura Hovestadt and Michael Kasper) is formed by members and guest musicians of the Ensemble Modern. Starting from the Vienesse Classicism, the main focus of its repertoire are the unknown works of the 20th century as well as the modern classics. Since 2015 the isenburg Quartett hosts a regular concert series in its home city Offenbach am Main and from 2020 at the Museum of Applied Arts (Museum Angewandte Kunst) in Frankfurt am Main.

Diego Ramos Rodríguez is a founder member of the music theater collective Matter of Facts Studio. Together with co-members Yuka Ohta, Lukas Nowok, Friedrich Hartung, Gregor Glogowski, Benjamin Hoesch, Carmen Salinas and an increasing number of guest artists, he develops, both as a composer and as a performer, staged concerts, performances, workshops for children and adults and a variety of other formats that bring together music, sound, light, video, movement and text.

Diego Ramos Rodríguez plays regularly with the percussionist Yuka Ohta as the Duo Ramos-Ohta and has been a member of the Améi Quartett.
